PGA FLIP-A-PALOOZA SUMMER CAMP INFO:

Our camps are all clinic based. This means that your kiddo will be active and moving all day long, in a structured, controlled, and safe environment. Our camps are not a free-for-all. Each camp has a carefully planned day of F-U-N! At PGA camps, you are learning. We are being productive all day long, using our senses, and exploring the world around us! School’s out, but the learning doesn’t have to end. Every Prestige summer camp is filled with creative learning through themes, crafts, snacks, games, fitness, and of course… gymnastics!

Safety First: We pride ourselves on the SAFETY of our camps. Our gym is fully air conditioned and is clean and sanitized at all times. We keep VERY strict watch on our camps to ensure that our student:teacher ratios are SAFE. Not only are they safe, but the better ratios we keep, the more efficient your kiddos will be learning! Oh, and did I mention... All of our summer camp staff are fully trained, tested, and certified gymnastics coaches, AND someone in the gym is CPR certified at all times! Rest assured, you are in good hands with us at Prestige!

SIGN UP DEADLINES:
The sign up deadline is always the Friday before the start of camp. If we have not met the minimum number of participants to host, camp will be canceled or altered and you will be notified ASAP.

CAMP TIMES:

Full Day: 8am-5pm (Lunch time is at 12:00pm)
Half Day: 8am-12 pm (There is no lunch time for Half Day)

*Please note, we do not prorate or offer refunds, however you can feel free to pick up or drop off your kiddos at any time during the above time frames.

WHO CAN ATTEND:
PGA Flip-a-Palooza: Ages 3-12 *Must be fully potty trained.

Camp is open to both members and non-members, however all participants must have an up to date release form. 

EACH CAMPER SHOULD BRING:
HALF DAY: 

-Bring a refillable water bottle, we do not have a water fountain.
-We recommend bringing an extra change of clothes. Things happen. Camps get messy sometimes.
-A positive attitude, lots of smiles, and plenty of high fives!
-One nut-free snack!

FULL DAY:
-Pack 2 snacks and 1 lunch each day. Due to allergies, we do not provide snacks and lunches. Snacks & lunches should not include peanuts or tree nuts.
-Bring a refillable water bottle, we do not have a water fountain.
-We recommend bringing an extra change of clothes. Things happen. Camps get messy sometimes.
-If you want to bring your favorite book, workbook, puzzle, or coloring book, you can! Each day after lunch, we’ll spend 15 minutes relaxing, digesting, and enjoying quiet time. If your athlete has a Summer Reading Goal, your coaches are happy to initial off any logs needed!
-A positive attitude, lots of smiles, and plenty of high fives!

POLICIES:

1. What if I need to cancel my camper’s registration?

8+ Days Prior to Camp: Full Refund

7 Days or Less, Prior to Camp:  No Refund. However you may change weeks for a $15 Change Fee.

2. What if I want to switch my camp week? You can switch your camp week, free of charge, up to 7 days before the start of camp. Any switch made within 7 days of the start of camp, will reflect a $15 Change Fee.

3. All campers must have an up to date release form on file.

4. All Families must complete this Pre-Camp Check In Form PRIOR to their first day of camp (one per family):

5. We sell drinks/snacks here for $1, if needed.

6. All camps must be paid in full at the time of registration. No prorating is possible due to ordering proper supplies in advance.

7. Clinics #5-9 are hosted by: Prestige Unlimited. (Same awesome staff, though!)

8. SICK POLICY: If your child has had a fever of 100.4 in the past 24 hours or if your child has thrown up/had dirrahea in the past 24 hours, please keep them home for 24 hours before returning to Camp.

CAMP RULES:
1. While phones are permitted in the building, they cannot be used during camp, except for emergency purposes. If you need to reach your camper, or your camper needs to reach you, the front desk and/or our Camp Coordinators will facilitate communication. This will help us all be on the same page and ensure no phones are lost or broken during camp.
2. No Electronics. (Let’s be active!! No need to bring headphones, tablets, etc.)
3. Snacks and food options should be healthy, and filling. No soda or candy please. Junk food doesn’t tend to pair well with tumbling and trampolines.
4. No Pets (Yes, it’s happened before. Please leave them at home. ;) )
