PGA's new Adult Fitness Classes are gymnastics-inspired sessions, focusing on building strength, endurance, and flexibility for functional fitness within our everyday lives. We will do weighted, banded, and body weight exercises that will aid in building a strong mind & body. Modified movements can be made for those with special abilities, injuries, mobility issues, or physical limitations. 

While we won’t be doing cartwheels or backflips, these classes will use Gymnastics-style training exercises to improve balance, cardiovascular endurance, muscle tone, mobility, and overall head-to-toe fitness! Remember, you don’t have to be a gymnast to be gymnast-fit!

💪All classes require pre-registration.
💪 Cancellations with a minimum of 24 hours notice will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations with fewer than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund.
💪All fitness levels welcome.
💪All participants must have an active account here in our iClass Portal. (Reminder, our Portal is created for kids. Please put your own name as "Participant.")
💪Signed waivers are required in order to participate.
💪Dress Code: Fitness Attire, Tennis Shoes or Barefoot, Hair secured from face, No dangle jewelry
💪We encourage you to bring your own sweat towel and water bottle. We do not have a water fountain. We do have bottled water and other various beverages available for purchase.
